Why do you love to teach in Tulum?
Coming from an holistic, Tantric and Bhakti training and background, my passion for yoga developed by embracing the love and devotion for the Earth (the Mother), the Sky (the Father) and all the elements that constitute our planet and as well our body: earth, water, fire, air and ether. Having learned that all is sacred including the breath , the body and all living being being i couldn’t help falling in love with the visible beauty of Tulum but mostly and above all with the subtle beautiful energy of this sacred place.
All the elements are tangible and alive and if you only tune in you can sense them. I love teaching in Tulum because it embodies who i am and it enriches my gift that i have to offer to all the people that are coming to this magic sacred place.
I'm in love with the Sun , the sacred Ahau, God of the Mayans, that gives us life. I am in love with the sacred waters of the ocean and cenotes that are considered to be the blood the Earth. I am in love with the wind, that blows among the trees and it considered to be the breath of the Earth. I am in love with the essence of Tulum and because of all this i love teaching in Tulum ….i cant think another place where all what i love is alive… T’lum the place where the light is born . In lakech.

I love to teach yoga classes in Tulum in front of the ocean at Sanara because of the direct connection with nature. In the yoga studio you are surrounded by the sound of the waves, the salty sea breeze and the glowing sunshine, which get incorporated into the yoga class. You stand at eye level with the line of the horizon and can look directly out for an eternity as a yoga teacher it is pure inspiration.

Why do you like to teach in Tulum?
"It took me some time to really realize that my students aren’t just bodies on a mat. I am entering their lives and they are entering mine. For me, the most rewarding thing is to see all the gentle smiles on my student’s faces when they are in Savasana. I can feel their consciousness in another place… maybe it's the sound of the waves or the wind that drifts them away. The fact that I can create that feeling for my students for 10 minutes, or even a single minute in their day, is one of my great joys. And what a better place to curate that experience than Tulum"
